Geranium in Copenhagen holds three stars in Guide Michelin Nordic Cities 2016. It was also ranked the 28 Best Restaurant in the World in 2016, and is run by the world's best chef in 2011 Rasmus Kofoed.

The restaurant is situated on the 8th floor in Fælledparken in the Østerbro area of Copenhagen, from where one can follow the season's journey through the tree crowns, catch glimpses of the city's green copper roofs, and just see the windmills of Øresund.

World's best chef
The chef at Geranium is Rasmus Kofoed, who won the world championships in cooking - better known as the Bocuse d'Or - in January 2011.
Rasmus Kofoed is a triple winner of the gold, silver, and bronze medals - the most winning chef in Bocuse D'ore-competition ever.
The Michelin-starred Kadeau is a small piece of Bornholm in the middle of Copenhagen.
In 2013 the restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star and to this day you'll still find it with the coveted star in Guide Michelin Nordic Cities 2017. Kadeau underwent a major refurbishment in 2016 and reduced the number of seats to be able to focus even more on each guest and, in their own words, "get even closer to their max."
Originally there was only one restaurant Kadeau in Denmark, and that was situated on the island Bornholm. But in the 2011 the people behind Kadeau decided that it was time to share the Bornholm delights with Copenhagen.
Ever since they have served high class gastronomy in the restaurant in Christianshavn. Here the menu is inspired by Bornholm specialties and Danish ingredients. As a result of the success both of the two fine dining restaurants, the owners have since openede two other restaurants: The neighbouring Nabo in Christianshavn and Pony, which you'll find in Vesterbro.
