Anne Gjesdal Bjørndal

Anne Gjesdal Bjørndal is an architect with a master’s degree from NTNU, with exchange studies at ENSAPB in Paris. Since joining Rodeo Architects in 2013, Bjørndal has added experience and technical know-how to her already well-developed understanding of architecture and urban planning. Anne has worked closely with our social scientists organizing workshops and turning analysis into architecture and urban plans. From 2016 Anne is applying her design skills and creativity to Rodeo's architect department as Head of Architecture.

Olivier Riauté

KeurK is a Lille (France) based architecture office Thinking Architecture and the City by developing 21st century alternatives in a humanistic, positivistic and ecological perspective through a narrative and poetic approach. The office is currently working alongside Henning Larsen architects, a Danish firm, on an office building called Biotope. The 30,000m2 workspace follows ‘Breathing Nature’ design concept with a sustainable structure maximizing access to fresh air, daylight and green spaces. Between a team of four hundred workers and four cranes, the Biotope is slated for completion by December 2019.

Tytti Sirola

Tytti Sirola has made a career combining creativity, sales and marketing to real estate development. She worked in one of Finland’s biggest realtor companies called Habita for 9 years before moving to the other side: construction project management and real estate development company GSP Group From there the path lead her to her current position as an entrepreneur – and creating solutions which has never been done before. Tytti is also deeply involved in business networking through her board position in the Finnish-Arab Trade Association, Finnish Water Forum., Finnish-Arabic society and she is actively involved if Kasvu Open start up- and Chamber of Commerce network.
Kåre Stokholm Poulsgaard

Kåre Stokholm Poulsgaard

Kåre Stokholm Poulsgaard is Head of Innovation at GXN and work with applied design research in architecture through the development of strategies for informed design across 3XN architects and GXN innovation. Alongside this work, Kåre is pursuing a PhD at the University of Oxford focused on how digital technologies impact human cognition and creativity and what that might mean for creative practice and the organization of work.
Eli Synnevåg

Senior Architect, MArch, MNAL, Project Manager at SNØHETTA (Oslo, Norway)

Eli Synnevåg

Eli spent one year at the Art School in Bergen before entering the architecture study in the same city. During her architectural studies she designed an orphanage in Nepal, which was realized in 1994. This project received attention both in Norway and abroad and received both the Erskine Award and AR award. She has been working on a wide range of projects, from the exhibition space Tafjord Galerie, to city development in Lillehammer and Tønsberg, Turner Contemporary art museum in England, and Lyasker railway station. Eli has been part of the team working on the Bergen Academy of Art and Design and has been responsible for urban planning and development of the planned complex roof structure. From 2007 to 2010, she has had a team leader role in the KAAC project in Saudi Arabia, with design and interdisciplinary coordination for central parts of the cultural complex.

Vibeke is a Norwegian journalist based in France. Since 2005, she is the correspondent of the Norwegian daily Aftenposten in France. She regularly plays on TV5 and France 24. Vibeke is also author and conference speaker.
